Summary
Credit Card- Product Analytics & Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end credit card product management, from defining differentiated value propositions to launch and ongoing portfolio optimization across target segments (e.g., mass, affluent, millennials).
- Translate market insights, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking into clear product positioning, benefits design, rewards structure, pricing, and partnership strategy.
- Drive new card launches and major enhancements by managing project plans, cross-functional coordination, regulatory alignment, product configuration, and go-to-market readiness.
- Act as the key bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring product requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented across card issuance, system setup, and digital channel integrations (e.g., mobile wallets, app journeys).
- Develop and execute acquisition, activation, spend, and retention campaigns in partnership with clients and internal marketing teams, continuously refining targeting and offers based on performance data.
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance metrics (cards in force, activation, spend, attrition, profitability), identifying opportunities to enhance lifecycle strategies and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Partner closely with issuing banks and internal stakeholders (Business Development, Marketing, Risk, Technology, Regional Product) to support product roadmap planning, performance reviews, and long-term portfolio growth.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in banking, payments, or financial services, with hands-on credit card product management experience.
- Proven track record in new card launches, portfolio growth, and campaign performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of cardholder lifecycle management, credit card economics, and key P&L drivers.
- Demonstrated end-to-end project management experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
