Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the creator community from end to end, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, briefing, and ongoing relationship management.

• Identify creators who align with the brand’s voice, values, audience, and creative standards.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop affiliate ambassadors within a structured and scalable program.
  Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, affiliates, customers, and brand advocates.
  Activate community members across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Partner closely with the creative, brand, and customer experience teams to maintain a consistent community presence across all touchpoints.

• Develop processes and tools that improve creator management, communication, content delivery, and program performance.

• Help turn creator and community activity into high-quality content, increased brand awareness, and measurable business impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, ideally within a direct-to-consumer brand.

• Experience in women’s wellness, beauty, health, or lifestyle is preferred.

• A natural relationship builder with warmth, empathy, and the ability to establish trust quickly.

• Strong judgment when evaluating creators, including the ability to clearly explain what makes a creator a strong or weak fit.

• Excellent written communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.

• A clear understanding of how to establish and maintain the right tone for an engaged brand community.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and execution-focused environment.

• AI-native and confident using modern AI tools, including platforms such as Claude Code and Codex, to work more efficiently.
