Due to the team expansion, my client is actively hiring Solution Architect Director (APAC) to oversee Australia, India and SEA markets. This Pre Sales leader will be leading a few solution architects within the globe. This person will be acting an important bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery teams.

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect Director (APAC) to join our leadership team in the Singapore team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role that will oversee the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. As Solution Architect Director, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and direction for complex solution implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and organisational capabilities. This role reports directly to senior management and plays a critical part in shaping the future of our solution architecture practice across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional development across the APAC region

• Develop clear expectations and communicate the technical vision and strategy for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements

• Architect complex, scalable solutions that address client challenges whilst optimising performance, security, and cost-effectiveness

• Establish and maintain solution architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across the APAC practice

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business leaders (HR, Talent acquisition, IT and Procurement team), to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and implementation strategies

• Demonstrated experiences to solution AI powered products

• Oversee the technical delivery of high-value solution engagements, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

• Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities, evaluating their applicability to client solutions and organisational offerings

• Contribute to business development activities by providing technical expertise during sales engagements and RFP responses

• Drive continuous improvement of solution delivery methodologies and processes within the APAC region

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore without restrictions or sponsorship

• Fluent English speaking

• Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture or related pre-sales roles, with at least 2-3 years with leadership experiences (prefer with SaaS/ HR SaaS / Technology and IT industries)

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise solutions

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and thought leadership within the technology solutions industry

• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes and ROI considerations

• Strong experience in the Asia-Pacific market exposure and understanding of regional business practices and compliance requirements

• Excellent project management and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of delivering complex engagements on time and within budget

• Excellent leadership skills, strong stakeholder management skills and good communication skills
